Our we vibe sync go worked fine until this weekend. Suddenly stopped being able to control it via buttons. Tried downloading the app, it connects via Bluetooth and the device works on touch setting but all the normal vibration controls on app do not make it shake a muscle.
Before I dig out the receipt any ideas. Uninstalled app. Tried app on different phone. App says the thing is 38% charged (we forgot the charger). Is that too low a battery maybe?
If the vibrations aren’t working, but you are able to use the button to connect via bluetooth, it indicates the button is still functional.
You can try to hold the button down for 15 seconds as its meant to reset the we-vibe toys, but i reckon the motor is fried as it doesnt work through either the button or the app.
A hard time doesnt matter - in electronics, things often fail pretty early or last a their due time sadly.
My bet is yours is a goner, but here’s hoping im wrong. Considering you can connect via bluetooth and it still doesnt work, i reckon the motor’s gone. The battery is fine, the controller unit sounds fine (since you can connect via bluetooth and get a battery reading), the button works since it still enables you to connect via bluetooth.

to be honest, we dont have a WeVibe yet, but maybe you could go into Bluetooth settings, and remove/forget the device, and then reconnect, as it might just be a glitch. Worth a try.
They sell spare on the we-vibe web site if not on the lovehoney web site. Since it’s the same company, dont think there’s any harm in mentioning the we-vibe site.
