We’ve recently picked up this from LH on a great deal. However on trying it last night we’re rather underwhelmed. It doesn’t seem to stay inside the OH with me in aswell. Maybe we’re using it wrong.
Can anyone offer any advice before I cut my losses and return it?
We didn’t have this exact model, but similar, tried it a couple of times, the OH didn’t find it too comfortable and did nothing to help achieve a simultaneous orgasm. Has remained parked up in the toy box.

If you’re not happy with it they offer a no quibbles money back guarantee. You can usually just tell them it doesn’t really work for you. I’ve done this with a couple of toys previously and have not had any issue with them just giving me my money back. Toys, like so many things are great for some anatomies - and not so for others.

We were the same, when my and the OH used the toy, it’s more of a solo toy to tease my wife with rather than using during intercourse.
a bit of a let down, even trying to connect to Bluetooth is a struggle.
Same again for us. OH said it didn’t stay in the right place and felt “in the way” during sex. No connection problems though but a disappointment overall.
