Hi i have the we vibe vector that i bought from this site a few years ago. Its been a great toy with no issues.
Though a couple of weeks ago 2 of my favorite app vibe settings have stopped working. I did a test of all the phone app settings vibe and 4 are not working, but the rest are. Also I can still create my own vibe these also work but I’m not good at setting up a rythem. I have uninstalled the app, reinstalled, also toy is fully charged. Its the same 4 standard pre set app vibes have stopped working.
I have tried gooling to see if I can download a setting with no answers.
The toy is now a few years old, has anyone had the same issue with this and or know a fix?
Maybe reach out to customer services @user1698 and see if they can help I’ve personally never had a problem with my We-Vibe so I can’t really say if it’s a common problem or just a isolated problem with yours.
I have a partner who lives in the USA..we bought a couple of the WeVibe toys to use remotely…they worked for about a month then the app wouldn’t connect to any of the toys…
My partner contacted the manufacturer but got nothing back..it’s very disappointing because they were really good when they worked
