I am now wondering whether there is such a thing as a wearable dildo. I quite often put my dildo into my underwear and wear it around the house, I love the feeling of this but it isnt very practical as the one I have has balls so can be quite noticable and harder to keep inside. I am wondering if there are any dildos designed to be worn out and about discreetly, or one that isn’t necessarily designed for it but fits the purpose. I would be happy to buy special underwear for it if that is a thing? I’m not really wanting an egg which is what I normally see recommended and i’m not bothered about it vibrating or anything fancy, just a plain old dildo to fill me up while out and about! Being male I cannot really advice and have no experience of what you want to do. In my mind a cheap vibrator and some briefs with reasonable gusset may be a solution if the vibrator would stay in? I am sure you will get many good ideas from the ladies very soon. Welcome to the forum.
There are plenty of dildos available without balls which may suit your needs.
Alternatively, many butt plugs can be worn vaginally, I’d suggest going for silicone rather than a material such as metal as it will be lighter and easier to keep in.
Otherwise, there are companies that make vaginal plugs but you would need to search for a retailer as Lovehoney doesn’t stock them.
There are things known as ‘pussy plugs’ for just this purpose but they’re not widely available.

In terms of wearable dildos, I’d say any of the suction cup ones would probably work. If you want to feel really filled I’d suggest this King Cock. Possibly too long? Lots of girth though and the suction cup should fit in your knickers fine (if you can take the 8.5" length). There are obviously shorter and less girthy ones too. It is just a case of needing very snug fitting underwear to keep them in place.
I know you didn’t want eggs but I’m just going to throw a link to these XL jiggle balls. They are heavy and they are big so you feel way fuller than with regular eggs. My review is here (or on the page), if they pique your interest at all. I thoroughly recommend them.

I’ve had a look into these this afternoon and like you say they don’t seem very common. I’ve found a few I like but they come in around £60 which is a bit out of my price range for now. However if i have the opportunity to purchase one in the future i will definitely look into them again. Thank you pointing me in that direction!

Hey! I also love the feeling of being full in public places or while going about my day at home. Being plugged is great but if I want something bigger I tend to use a dildo (in my ass) held in place by a tight thong and tight jeans. Love the feeling and this works well for me instead of one of the dildo pants, as I can swap the size of the dildo depending on my mood or how big I want it etc. Hope that helps!
