In terms of wearable dildos, I’d say any of the suction cup ones would probably work. If you want to feel really filled I’d suggest this King Cock. Possibly too long? Lots of girth though and the suction cup should fit in your knickers fine (if you can take the 8.5" length). There are obviously shorter and less girthy ones too. It is just a case of needing very snug fitting underwear to keep them in place.
