I just wanted to give praise for the great Web Chat Customer Care system, and to Laura B who was a great help! It was such an easy system to use, and my problem was sorted within minutes! The customer care is most important thing for me and that's why i Love Lovehoney. The customer care is amazing. If i ever have something to ask i will get answer instantly. It's awesome that we still have great service somewhere :)
Thanks to Jacqueline on the online support team - didnt have the answer to my question about a measurement of a toy so contacted the warehouse to get the exact measurement.
