Im new to LH and just moved in with partner, we are keen to get started on our toy collection, however he has children that come to stay every other weekend so we need somewhere to store our fast growing collection...Id prefer somewhere clean, safe and possibly lockable as one of the kids is very curious! I was thinking of a lockable storage box, but what does everyone else use?
we've recently bought a full size hairdressing / vanity case (the tall onces with wheels etc) online. It breaks down into smaller carry bag if needs be. It is lockable and can contain most of our collection. it cost about £60 from amazon
Argos have small aluminium vanity cases at about £6 at the moment but i dont think they are lockable.
I use brown LH boxes for larger toys. And for smaller i have made storage pouch/bag. I was too naive when i sew it as i thought it's very large and i will never fill it. Should i say how wrong was i? Looking for lockable box now too as with 2 kids it is tricky.
I got sick of finding out the kids had rummaged through drawers looking for things. Had to ask them if they'd seen a special rubber hairband of mine the other week (cock ring) - we have a 6 year old with a loom band habit lol

I actually love that idea - might have to look into that.
A cheap way we store ours is in a plastic storage box, with a small drill hole in the middle.of each long end, and a small coded lock in each. Can be a pain when you're "in the moment" and want to get in, but saves the potential embarrassment of curious kids or house mates!
We keep our toys in 2 lockable laptop bags - we have quite a stash now - lol. We find these bags are really handy as they have lots of different pockets and compartments. We have separate LH storage bags for each toy too. Then lubes and massage oils are all stored in one of the large Lovehoney gift boxes and bedside drawers. All our floggers, crops & paddles etc. are hanging up on hooks behind our clothes in our wardrobe :) xx

Should there be any children around your wardrobe, they would probably assume Narnia has changed quite profoundly - it is now apparently ruled by the infamous slave-traders from Calormen...
I have this http://www.ikea.com/gb/en/catalog/products/S19006950/ bed and I keep my toys in my Lovehoney Giftboxes in the drawers on my side of the bed. But I'm assuming that's not really what you were looking for.
Maybe get a bedside table with a lock or put a lock on it?
Have a search through the archives, there are at least a half dozen threads on the subject of secure toy storage and the advice of years of forum participants, not just those who are active now.
One thing that's come up when there are curious people about is the advantage of the container looking as mundane and boring as possible. Office file boxes and suitcases came tops for that.
Were the same but I've now put locks on the draw as I remember as a kid the temptation of looking around at Christmas and Birthdays for present, I'd hate for them to see what my OH puts in her special gift boxes! Lol
Our s are now in a lockable suitcase in the wardrobe, alls that's in the bedside drawer now is lube clit balm and her go-to vibrator ,if I know a bit of pelvis bumping is on the cards I will take the lock off the suitcase and put it under the bed, so as not to kill the moment when she asks for extras lol
I use a lockable metal file box, I bought it from Tesco for £8 and I keep all my toys in it but in individual bags inside sits on top of my wardrobe and just looks like a load of paperwork :D
