I first tried a mens thong when I was 19 as my girlfriend wanted me to try one. I found that I liked them and started to try different brands before finding my preferred type. I’ve been wearing them often for since then, about 15 years ago. There are lots of brands and types available so I assume they must be more popular now.
I started at 14 but I think age is about the person and situation. Wearing a thong for men or women is something the US is slow to embrace tho it way more common place for women now. Men not so much

Wear what you like at any age. I wear thongs or g strings mostly and I’m 76
Never, just don’t find thongs or g-strings at all sexy on men or women, woman in lacy boyshorts or preferably a man in hipsters any day!!
