Ah if only! I finish shortly and have arranged to be a bit of a shoulder to cry on for a close friend (also happens to be the colleague I’m currently covering for 
) as soon as I get home. Any form of stress relief will have to wait until this evening I think!

On the train back from my first trial shift at pretty much my dream job

My relaxing Day has consisted of painting fences at the front of the house and then weeding the front garden heads a lot 
hot hot but it’s done tea salad from the garden and chicken followed up by some chilled cider I think

Yeah, and the camera people just kept filming it while they were giving him CPR so his teammates tried to block them by circling him and the medical crew 
And they even filmed his grief stricken wife

Yeah, thats not on. (Sounds like that one was down to uefa. Bbc have had to issue an apology but said they didnt have control of the feed)
He is stable and conscious though apparently. Which is good.
What flabbergasted me, is they had to go on and finish the game. Uefa demanded it

What a busy day today was I’m just getting to have some chill time, I’ll likely pass out in a few mins 
My back is driving me to the brink of insanity, it’s getting me down now and to add insult to injury I’ve ran outta deep heat 
I’ll use me sanctuary spa de-stress warming balm as a substitute until I can get some deep heat
