Woke up feeling a bit grumpy and disoriented. Dry mouth, headache, struggling to breathe and somehow managed to twinge my knee 
Water taken, 4head stick used, antihistamine taken and pain relief applied to knee 
Now put Olympics on and watching womenās 10m diving semi finals - well done GB ladies! Will most likely watch the final while working at 7am

Convinced myself that 4am was a perfectly reasonable time for breakfast, not that I will be able to wait until lunchtime for the next snack/meal! Now we are lay in bed watching TV. On the upside I do feel tired now so eating has potentially helped me to get a sleep
