That’s good to hear bab, so it’s very unlikely to be the virus as you don’t get symptoms if anyone catches it after the jobs, hopefully a bug that buggers off as fast as it arrived 
I know that feeling too well, think I’m developing insomnia, can you develop it as I never used to have problems with sleeping but have done for awhile now 
It was a moment of weakness doubting myself, of course 4ams a reasonable time for brekkie, question is was it reasonable to followup with cereal at 7am & 11am and to snack now

Panic stations here, got date wrong for our wedding anniversary and have nothing to show! Was meant to be off today, but unfortunately I’ve been called back in to work 
Pray that I can get something nice in the limited shops there are. OH birthday and our wedding anniversary are only days apart, got mixed up.
