Just sat down at work after a long shift. Half hour left and then 10 days off! Safe to say I can’t wait and these last 30 minutes are going to be the longest of my life

Just off to work for the last shift of the week, then off for 2 days. Since lock down work has been relentless, no holiday leave and massively increased work load, weekends have become precious.

Wasn’t a big girder for the M6 junction 10 bridge was it? I got stuck at a roundabout on a b road outside Cannock on my way to work at 4.30am and had to do a 3 point turn and find an alternate route as it seemed to be stuck! Fortunately i wasn’t late as i’m the keyholder!

A 40 min drive ended up being 2 hours.

Definitely a small world! Fortunately even though i’m not familar with the area other than my normal route i managed to get there via Cheslyn Hay and Great Wyrley so was just about on time!
