I feel your pain hunny. My dad 26st 6ft4. He had 2 stone of water retention. He cannot shift the rest. Diet, steady exercise nothing. He’s getting investigated by gp

@Orgasm_Chaser mine doesn’t even try, blood pressure sky high even on meds, his GP gave him a ultimatum, put in some effort and at least try or be at high risk of stroke or a heart attack but goes over his head. Me and mum try and cook healthy but he goes out at work breaks and secret eats.
