Just made myself a frothy Nespresso and browsing the forum.
I have to walk into town in a mo to sort out an issue with a water bill.

@batjamboree Oh yeah. Now I’ve got a man that’s worth satisfying. I had to be strong because I had a shit life before him. He’s given me everything (not money, we’re not rich), but he believes in me, encourages me, deals with my shit when it comes out from nowhere, and generally enables me to be me, to have a full life, a career and be happy. I owe him everything, and I’m making the most of it.

Turns out I got it all wrong. It’s quickly descended into filth. Get a bunch of women with a glass of champagne in them and the discussion slides. For example, I had no idea there’s a wife swapping group in the village for couples in their 50s! Oh I love a good bit of sexy goss. This is going to be a great night!

We had heavy rain and flooding again on Wednesday. Fortunately, not like before, but still some damage locally.

Got back late last night and had a wonderful month in Spain - while the weather was not good - it’s so much better than the cold here today in Wales
As far as I’m aware we can still return but can only stay up to 90 days less the 32 days we already spent-
We are looking to return February and hope to be over for longer as the house needs a lot of work

If you search for the Schengen Calculator, it will tell you exactly what time you are allowed back here and when. Don’t guess as you don’t want to be fined for overstaying…it does happen!
Anyway, back on topic. Just had lunch and about to have a naughty Pecan Danish Pastry

My OH & i bought a house at the start of the year ina “quiet” village.and after a few months of talking to some of the locals, weve found out there is a bunch of swingers in the village!
We joked about it at first but turns out is a true thing that happens regularly here!

Just finished preparing the chicken gyros for dinner tonight
Mrs W here … Lady Penelope and myself been doing and still doing some tidying up, so just wearing black stretch leggings, one of Mr W’s woolly jumpers and some of his woolly socks. He is still away so plenty of time to clean them for him…
