Just received our delivered Chinese meal… so about to tuck into that… Pen has already informed me that its dance night and she has sorted her playlist… I dunno about that in this heat, we are already both in just bra and knicks about to stuff our faces with a hot meal… its gonna take a bit of the old vino rouge … well, Pen is gonna have to do most of the dancing - Oh, she always does

Jesus! Stepped outside as i left work and it was like walking off the plane in Florida! 
Drove home with the air con on Max.
Had a cool soak in the bath and opened all the windows and even the loft hatch to dissipate the heat.
Just sitting down now with an ice cold blackcurrant squash in a 2 pint mug!
