As a kid I would watch a bit of it before school, I watched Jaws last night.

Pineapple contains microscopic barbs that puncture the skin in your mouth and secrete a chemical that actually dissolves your skin! That’s why your mouth feels funny when you eat it fresh. Cooking it stops this, but it’s still not right on a pizza!
