These are just ours that weāve done so far 
and plenty of fun 
@PKH Things like teacher/student and boss/secretary are pretty easy to pull off by rifling through your wardrobe. Workman or builder is another easy option. You can do plain clothes policeman too. Delivery person, robber, naughty housewife/househusband, smooth taking stranger in a bar, all easily do able.
Waiter/waitress or barman/barmaid is also feasible.
Lots of options, you can even manage things like pirate with a bit of ingenuity and imagination (also liberal application of headscarves )

@Bonzo2020 I wish I was more creative with other roles we could try without buying specific costumes.
I always go to my faves - naughty nurse or minxy maid outfit!
@Cupc8kes - my wife feels a bit silly dressing up in the classics.
We donāt tend to do nurses / police etc.
We might instead, act out something like gym instructor if she gets back from a run and if she is sweaty, it will get me in the mood and then I pretend to help her stretch and be her instructor.
Have also acted out being her massage therapist.
Golf instructor was acted out once as you get close to each other and it gets heated.

We never buy costumes. We always pick up things from charity shops or other places, real outfits and uniforms and modify them accordingly. The ones we come back to again and again are secretary and various doctors/nurse/patient combos. One thing Iāve found is that if you want the bulging out look, reinforce the buttons with heavy duty thread!
