Founds some ancient (or at the very least veteran) oaks in the woods behind my village, complete with complementary badger sets. By ancient, I mean with trunk circumference of at least 6m, so probably at least 3-400 years old. I do love an old oak.
And this, dear readers, is how I know I’m getting old(er).

More so that I got a little bit excited about these hitherto unknown ancient oaks and told my husband I would have to bring a tape measure next time.

Hey Ace, sorry you’re not ‘fully cheered up’ - try the Memes, some of those are pretty funny. Think of me trying to work out the Memes - that’s pretty funny sometimes when I finally ‘get it’. Think of what a bad*ss you are rockin’ that uni course that I remember sounded totally awesome and know that you are an ‘Aficionado’, recognition that continues to elude me.
