It is, when I was at school, not much was known about it and definitely not that it presents differently in boys and girls.
I’m 40, and only realised in the last couple of years that I’m autistic and have ADHD. Still waiting for a referral for an official diagnosis, but it makes so much sense of why I am the way I am!
Good luck with the referral, I think it will be a long wait though, unfortunately. Are you now going to use your certificate in a professional capacity. @MsSubExperimenter

Good luck with the referral. It should be as simple as completing a short questionnaire and asking your gp to refer you. Saying that, most of my gps tried to put me off so it took me longer than it should have done! It’s the waiting list for assessment that takes forever here!

Only thing that seems to cheer me up after my days recently has been training or finding out to jerk off!
Finally after nearly 4 years our eldest son has is officially diagnosis for autism. And parents evening for the 2 boys today went really really good
