Loads of salted peanuts, 7 pieces of shortbread, a slice of christmas cake, 12 thorntons choclates, 125g of prezels, two large bowls of salad, a block of feta cheese, I can't remember what I had for breakfast but probably some crackers, oh a milkshake as well. Will make some dinner soon. Though I think I've had far too much salt today.
I've had my first healthy meal in days i had jacket potato with tuna soft chese and olives! followed by herbal tea.
My lover cooked me a delicious meal of steak and chips.

Spare ribs in Hoi sin sauce, cooked for 6 hours in slow cooker....delicious
chicken ham and leek pie mashed pots and some nice green beans from my garden and some carrots too yum yum on in anice gravy too
Lamb, carrots, onions, roast potatoes and gravy. Yummy.

JUst had a dozen krispy kreme donuts. I should never have even walked past the stand

Breakfast was a greek yog' and blueberries morning. Spinach and ricotta pasta parcels is tonights plan :)
Blueberry,cranberry & nuts alpen porridge breakfast, dinner small potatoe waffles 2 sausages & tea 2 turkey rolls. it was all lovely.
mushroom soup and crackers for breakfast. lunch I had cabbage, sweetcorn, carrots, and marmite veggie sausages with fried onions. had a bit of cheese on a cracker for lunch, tea I had quorn chicken thing with carrots and salad.... having a break from junk food today.
