My other half has been using a dildo for a while and she keeps complaining its constantly drying out when doing anything with it and it hurts sometimes because of this so mow we have to constantly apply lube and use lots so she can enjoy it a lot. Is there any better materials to use because of this.

I like a more firm dildo with limited flexibility and I use this on my husband when pegging
There are a good range on Lovehoney and I use the lifelike lover / but also recently been told about Doc Johnson range which look amazing- but expensive

Ive found the lifelike lovers the best ive used. They ar pretty firm but with a nice flex too. Also they are hygienic and easy to clean. Depending on the size, good value too
If drying out is the issue, try a glass or steel dildo.
Obviously no flexibility, but they need much less lubrication than silicone dildos, and, with them not being made of silicone, you could consider using silcone lube, which lasts longer too.
