Hey Nick
It really is case dependant as it depends on whether you're returning the item for an exchange, replacement or refund.
If you're getting an exchange or replacement, chances are nothing will happen to your points (unless the exchanged item is for a different amount of money than your original purchase in which case there is some Math to do!)
If you're returning the product for a refund, any allocated points for that product will be deducted from your account. If you've already spent the points, this could mean you go into a minus figure, depending on how many points you have on your account currently.

I have several items I am returning, a backlog of things as I have only left my house 17 times in the last year or so, so going to the post office is pretty hard.
I think they are all for a replacement and some of them are ones I have been told to return such as the we-vibe 4 plus because of the broken remote, I offereed to just ask for replacement remote but they need the whole thing back :(
Thanks for the advice, saving my points until I get to about 10,000 and will get one of the better toys :)
