Guessing fill and empty several times and let to dry in the open to.stop any water bacteria growing

I put some toy cleaner into the bulb, take water in from a running source so i’m not reusing water, and take multiple rounds of doing that.

@MK7 thanks, so you only rinse the bulb out and not the stem and tip of the douche

I usually fill and shake mine with hot water, empty and repeat a few times. Tip and outside of bulb cleaned with toy cleaner or soap.

You could put some toy cleaner in the douche bulb but I would be really thorough with making sure there’s no cleaner residue left in there.

My main worry is black mould growth from not drying properly in between uses. Make sure to take the tip off and let the bulb dry completely before putting it away! I use a clear bulb now so I always know what’s in there before using it as I’m far too scared of making myself unwell.
