@Melody1 I actually meant I was sat quietly! Sat on the couch, no telly, no music just very quiet! It was good for a change! Although the sound of silence by Simon and Garfunkel is a great song

Unfortunately it turned out to be an anxiety attack. Consequently am now a shaky, exhausted wreck! Am going to try to get my head down this pm for a bit. Need to be firing on all cylinders by this evening cos I’m taking part in a poetry slam on zoom tonight - perfect timing!
