What do you call these heels this model is wearing?

I would call them black pumps. They are more of a stiletto than a court shoe.

@Natalie , yep, hence pointed stilettos. Pointed toe, stiletto heel. For me, the shoe is a “pointed stiletto”. If you Google the term, the examples that come up all look like the model’s shoes.

Don’t disagree :slight_smile: Each manufacturer will call them slightly different to reframe the fashion… stilettos, pumps… they are blend into each other

Agreed, but I hate that! It makes it so confusing.

The term pumps for example is so different depending on which country you live and then, as you say, manufacturers muddy the waters further. To me, traditionally, pumps have always been flat shoes, easy to slip on, an extention of ballet pumps.

According to Google (just now, mid typing):

In the US, “pumps” refers to women’s shoes with a kitten heel or higher. In the UK, “pumps” can refer to flat or low-heel dancing or ballerina pumps, or rubber-soled canvas plimsolls
