Tough question 
Previously I would have said PIV but the older I get I’m preferring oral. I think that’s mainly down to becoming much more sensitive from Clitoral Stimulation.

Oral is great if you can cum from it because you can be entirely passive and just enjoy the sensations. However, I would have to say PIV, because I do orgasm from it a good percentage of the time.

PIV for me because it makes me cum better than any other way except been giving a handjob. My girlfriend April would pick oral because she can have more and intense orgasms that way than she can from piv.
I would guess oral for my wife. She orgasms when we have PIV sex, but usually with clitoral stimulation. But with oral, she always cums,and some of the strongest orgasms have been when I was licking her clitoris and stimulating her G-spot at the same time.

I might be going against the grain here even though I’m a male I don’t really care for oral on me. It’s not terrible, don’t get me wrong, it happens but it’s not near the top of the list for me personally of what I like done is all.

I would definitely say oral for me. As I’ve got older I find it harder to cum from penetration unless I’m on top, although if I’ve cum from oral, and then go on top, I find I can cum quite intensely from that. I think my clit has become more sensitive as well as I’ve aged.
