I still live with my parents and already own quite a few sex toys! Unfortunately my parents are getting quite annoyed because i am unwilling to talk about the contents of the "mysterious packages" which keep on arriving.
Does anyone have any idea what i could tell them is inside without spilling the beans?
Any answers would be appreciated. :)
books, clothes, games, cds, make up / toiletries
makeup .. shoes , jewellery , tights , anything thats about the right weight .. cosmetics ,

Also if your parents have particular interests maybe don't say those.. So like if your mum likes cosmetics/shoes I wouldn't say that in case she really wanted to see! Lol
Ye, i sometimes consider saying it's clothes but then my mum would wangt to see them on, ask where i got them from...etc.. so i often just try to change the subject but subtlety is not my thing! :)

They have threatened to do that a few times but they never do, thank goodness! I would DIE if they saw some of things i've bought...i can just picture it: my mum opening the box and gingerly taking out a butt plug and a dildo!

My family are a right bunch of nosey f**ckers, so I usually just say books as it's something non of them care much for and I'm the only one in my fam that reads books.
I've been so tempted to say clothes and shoes on many occasions but my mum and sis especially would, like you said, want to see them and see me try them on.
DVD's are probably going to be the excuse for my package this week though. :P

Ha! Today a package arrived and my mum just stared at me, it was sooooo awkward! Especially as this was actually a toy i'd bought for a male friend who wasn't comfortable having a toy arriving at his family home where his parents could look through the package if they wanted to. D: i know what u mean! I did once give the answer "just a couple books" and my parents just kept on asking about them, the title, author... my mum even said it was "the wrong shape to be a book!" itr was mortifying!!
Hahaaaa can you imagine! The questions then! Omg wrong shape for a book...if they knew im sure they wuld regret the nosiness! Haha...I'm always nervous that my prudish housemate will ask me...but she's usually asleep when my orders get delivered...and of course I'm up raring to go buzzing with excitement! Glad to be living alone at the mo... :p
U r very lucky to be living alone! I really wish they didn't care about what arrived or that i was the first to be up so i could collect it but normally im either asleep or out when the packages come!
Oh my god! I so feel for you right now! At least mine aren't that bad to ask the title and author and such. I usually just pull a few of my books from the back of my bookshelf and leave them out on the day I'm expecting something, so I can just show them instead and make it look like I've actually bought books. :P
It's my dad that usually collects the post in the morning so unless he's out I never have a chance of sneaking it off without anyone knowing. Unfortunately for me, I'm expecting a package and going out with him tomorrow morning so my brother and sister will only be home to answer the door. I'm dredding the interigation when I get back.

i used to buy all my erotica as paperbacks but i ran out of space to hide them, so the first time i get some on my kindle my friend takes it from me and goes about looking at ALL of the books! She starts harrassing me about all of the porn so i make up a story that my friend was playing a prank on me and put them there! she isn't letting me live it down!! it was soooooo embarassing D:
After living on my own for several years and then coming back to stay with my parents for a while it is hard when getting packages as they are seriously nosey when it comes to them, and it's touch and go on occasions as to if they'll open them or not. Luckily they've only opened my Amazon packages. My last package my mum did ask me what was in it, the OH was over so I said "Lots of Kinky things for us for the week" She just assumed I was being a smart ass. I wasn't it contained my riding crop, which I love lol!
I do have a new array of toys I expect to get tomorrow, so we'll see how that goes.
Good luck to you its nice getting something new arrive but if the inqusition descends the moment u recieve something, it kinda takes the fun and naughtiness out of it, u know? My parents would probably think i was being serious even if i was just being a complete smart ass with them!

Thanks Indie we did, that was a previous package I had in March. This is all new stuff. I think it's the tone in which you say it, my mum thinks anything I say is sarcastic. Hopefully a few more months of being here and I'll be back in my own place! Can not wait! lol
