Hi,

Some people confuse it with the cervix but it's the patch of sensitive tissue at the end of the vaginal canal, right before the cervix. "A" stands for Anterior fornix erogenous zone. I definitely enjoy the sansations I get when I stimulate that spot but it's a little uncomfortable when I touch the cervix but accident (especially when using a vibe).

Same reason as we have to have forty-bajillion shoes while men have a pair of trainers and a pair of dress shoes then call it done. :)

I think men have just as many erogenous zones as women but are too impatient to even look themselves or let anyone else

Yes, though a thinner longer toy to reach the A-spot, and fingers for the G-spot.

The A-spot mostly helps lubricate, though it is pleasurable to stimulate too.
