I have a bit of an obsession with Ben wa balls just now and was thinking of buying the lelo ones but i cant see much of a difference between these two can anyone tell me and if so which set is better

So yeah, there isn't a major difference in weight but there is in size - the smaller ones are more suited to women who haven't given birth vaginally as in theory they're "more of a challenge".
The circumference of the balls are different in size but only slightly.
It depends on many factors to which is better, including; age, whether you've had children, whether you have used them before and also for those who have bladder issues.
Usually beginners and those who have had children or who have bladder issues need to begin with the larger balls as it's easier to keep them in and to use the lighter weights and gradually as you get used to them increase the weights.
Whereas if you haven't had children and have used kegel excesisers the smaller ones would be better suited as your kegels may already be toned and just need a little excersize now and then. (they are usually reccomeded for women who are wanting to have children in the future and they are also meant to make your orgasms stronger.)
