many but one that springs to mind is having to wear a dress for a day.
Few years ago, I was working a temp job in a hotel. One day I did the morning shift and ate a large fry-up at the end of it. Then I met my wife and the in-laws at a local cafe, who said "ho ho ho, I'm sure defam's eaten a big breakfast and now he'll have to just watch us eat". Well, I didn't like their presumptuous tone, so I denied having eaten breakfast, and managed to scoff down another one.
Later the same day, I go back to work for the evening shift. The chef has leftovers and gives me a full dinner with a dessert too. Ok, that's about the limit of what I can eat in one day!
...Finally home for the evening and ready to relax:
Mrs defam: "I hope you haven't eaten dinner at work?"
Mr defam: "Yes, I had a three-course meal..."
Mrs defam: "You better be joking, because AS YOU WILL REMEMBER, I said I was cooking your favourite! I've been slaving over it."
Mr defam: "Yes, only joking! Of course I remembered!"
Two breakfasts and two big dinners just to save face. 
To be fair, I didn't eat any lunch that day.
Had my nails painted bright pink for several days, had a full face of make up for a day and had my legs waxed. All of these on seperate occasions I should point out. I rarely lose a bet.
I had my belly button pierced for a year to win a £20 bet. 14 years on and I still have the scar lol.
When I was really young, (about 10) a friend and I jumped off a 10 metre diving board.
Wasn't daft enough to dive though!  That didnt happen until some years later.
I ate a dog treat after a friend bet I wouldn’t. Got me a free pint!

Was dared to get naked and stand on my friends balcony with another friend and she bottled it but only standing there in her underwear but I got fully naked lol
When younger my friend bet that I wouldn’t strip whilst walking down the high street to her house (obvs I did cuz I was young and never lost a bet 😂🙈)
But did you strip in the day or at night lol
Jesus...honestly think I'd get kicked off the site for some of the horrible stuff I done as a youth, beer, older folk and rugby trips honestly made terrible decisions from myself
