I just had a read through and I actually have a few ideas I can add, and I've done each of these more than a few times;
#1 - Placed on a desk, pointing upwards (Perfect for riding!)
Just make sure it isn't too long as virtually all of it is going to be in you in this position. If you're feeling brave try doing it on the kitchen counter.
#2 - On the Fridge door (Bonus points if you can actually open it hands-free)
#3 - On a dresser draw - (Again, try opening a draw via the dildo. It's kinda fun)
