I feel that virginity ican be a case by case scenario, for example if a woman had been having sex for the last 10 years but never orgasmed :( she would not be a virgin - so im not sure orgasms are the defining feature....
Im not sure... i would say penetration by the penis, however I would class vaginal and anal penetration as having their own respective virginities.
