I currently have the Uma by Je Joue G-Spot USB Rechargeable Vibrator.

I believe it's supposed to last for two hours on full charge - now, it's not like I time myself but if it does last two hours then clearly that's not long enough for me, and if I'm having to stop (of course it usually it conks out just before climax!) to recharge I'm not getting a full recharge so it's going to last me even less time. I need something that has either...a longer life, charges quicker, or that gives some sort of indication that it's about to run out of juice.

Any suggestions?

Does it have to be an internal vibe, or would external stimulation suit too?

The first thing that popped into my mind is a mains wand with a g-spot attachment.

The 2 hour life it reports is probably on the lowest setting and just left buzzing away to itself, scroll up the power and add resistance and the battery life soon diminishes
