There anime based or also called “Japanese Cartoons”. Anime is anime like one piece or sailor moon. But for adult anime there are things like “Bible Black” which is Hentai. And for Yaoi there are things like “Given” which is boy boy relationship but not very adult same as “Yuri on Ice” which is boy boy relationship. Nothing to adult like sex stuff. But for the more adult stuff there are things like " Twittering Birds Never Fly" and there are others. I mostly find really good manga that have sex stuff or I can sometimes find some good adult clips on free sites. So anime can be things a bit like under 18 stuff like sailor moon but Hentai and Yaoi is more like adult words used for searching for select stuff. Yaoi is boy+boy and hentai is just adult it can be boy+girl or girl+girl but boy+boy is always yaoi. I don’t personally know if there is something select for girl+girl other then hentai. I just looked up the opposite of yaoi and I guess its called Yuri which is anime more directed to girl+girl I guess.
