Pigs in blankets are soooo good, but I only do them during Christmas, don’t ask why!! Note to self……

Chicken, Ham and Leek Pie (is it still a pie if it only has a pastry lid?) With mashed potato and brocoli.

@mikeormick yes, I make a pot pie (just a lid). Less calories.

Made roast beef and Yorkshire puddings with veg.
Dropped same off for my parents too.

250g Creme Fresh gone in to it, divided into 4 portions so I reckon around 100-120 calories per portions for the creme fresh alone. Not going to be the healthiest of meals but I will just tell my self its still healthier than having a pastry bottom as well as a top :laughing:

I have made spaghetti Bol tonight and made sausage casserole for tomorrow for my crew as I am not here tomorrow in Haydock then down to London in the afternoon :+1:
