Duck, bbq ribs and loaded potatoe skins. Put soft cheese, red onion, pepperoni, mushrooms, garlic and cheddar (as well as the potatoe inners) in the skins. Bloody lovely.

Home made chicken and veg pie, with double creamed mash potatoes and sprouts.
Second pie I’ve made, first was beef and onion, never going to buy a pie again :grinning: made, cooked and on the table within the hour. :+1:

We are away for the weekend in the Peak District, me and my partner, his parents, sister, brother in law and two nieces. I’ve just cooked Spaghetti Bolognese for us all using an Aga!
