The reduction in goodies starts tomorrow, its all the ohs fault though, he arrived home with 2 packets of cakes with icing and toffee balls on the top lead me to destroy a pack on the spot. Fast forward five minutes I may of eaten half of the other pack too :see_no_evil: so pizza and garlic breads heating up nicely :yum:

So, since reducing gluten, my health has improved a bit, but I’m convinced my health issues have a lot to do with my gut fauna, so I think I’m going to try to significantly reduce dairy. At the moment, my aura is shaped like a cheese wheel or a pot of yoghurt. Time to cut back a bit I think.

Since I haven’t eaten anything today I need something stodgy so after destroying the cheese on toast I’m watching like a hawk I’m thinking cheese and potatoe pie or pasta bake. I know February was supposed to be a healthy month but no cakes today, that’s an improvement right :woman_shrugging:
I lust for many of the meals here, I sound like a teenager who’s been left home alone living on the wild side destroying anything inside the house or on offer at the shops. Let’s be honest that’s the major problem, they put the good stuff, cakes, pastries right at the front like the bloody bistro advert with ridiculous price reductions making us believe it’d be a mistake not to indulge

Beans on baked potatoes with chillies chopped in, mozzarella ‘floated’ on top and browned off under the grill.
If baked beans cost as much as caviar, they would be a delicacy at all the finest restaurants
