Sausages pasta. Actually made the sauce and cooked the sausage yesterday so all I had to do was warm it up, cook some pasta, and stir all together. Topped with a bit of grated cheese, it was quick and delicious! ![]()

Chinese chicken curry egg fried rice noodles chips and prawn crackers
My partner is cooking perogis tonight, a twist on the original recipe as using lentils instead of mince and gf flour because of all my new dietary restrictions! It’s basically potato type dough stuffed with a Bolognese style filling, and then fried. They are amazingggg

That’s one of my favourite Greek dishes, how lovely. I’ve missed my trips to Greece over the last 2 years. I’ve filled the gap buy cooking much of the food from that most hospitable nation and have become quite a demon moussaka maestro. ![]()
