Hi, im new here, just wondering why i don’t see pictures of members that have lock on it? Do i have to be a member?

I’m slightly confused by your question. Do you mean topics that have a lock beside them or specific member profile pictures with a lock?
Your Photos and Members only topics have locks and can only be viewed by people with an account, signed into the forum, but… since you have a profile, and are able to post a topic, you must be an account holder of the forum so I’ve no idea why you wouldn’t be able to see them unless you were using a different device that wasn’t signed into your account. I’m sure you don’t have to have reached “member” status to view these topics.
If you mean specific member profiles, I don’t think these have a lock on (though they might if the user has been suspended? 
), but some are set to public and others to hidden. That’s just down to personal preference.

I’m still trying to understand, but i guess i mean specific member with a lock. I don’t see any pictures posted by others. I want to share pics, but dont see others do it
All photos on the forum have to be posted within Your Photos topics where they can be checked by Brenna before going live. You should be able to view those topics and see the pictures others have shared, though. I’m not sure why you’re not able to do this.
However, you cannot upload your own photos to the forum (beyond uploading your profile photos, which I see you have done) until you are a Trust Level 2. The link @WaveyAlien posted above explains this.
