Why is my user name not on feedback

I have left feedback on Lovehoney items over years but it’s always shown my user name - Batjamboree - but now it only shows Verified-Customer…

Can I ask is this a new thing or just a glitch

I noticed that this has also happened to me in the past.

After completing my review and adding my Username, I later discovered “Verified Customer” attached to it.

I always thought, but may be totally wrong, that one is if you reviewed through the email asking for feedback vs going on the website and clicking to manually leave a review on the product page.
If that makes sense.

There are 3 different ways you can leave a review:

  • By email following an order (your username will show as “Verified-Customer”
  • On the product page (you input your own username)
  • Following a tester product (I input your username when I send the email).
