As long as it’s consensual and everyone knows what to expect, I don’t see how it would differ to having any other threesome.

The only opinions that should matter are those belonging to the people involved.

A couple of my friends are MtF transgender. (I’m AFAB, intersex, and married) Here’s just a couple of thoughts:

  1. Trans girls don’t like to be called anything you see in porn. No "sh-male"or “tr-nny” or “l-dyboy.” Those words are slurs. They’re just girls, who maybe have to put some extra work into being girls.
  2. Trans girls are unlikely to respond to you if they think you’re just interested in sex. Like a lot of women, they’re looking for relationships. Is this just a “fling and forget” deal or are you looking for an actual 3rd partner?
  3. If you’re just looking for a fling, you might seek out a sex worker. There are some around. But in any interaction, be respectful.
  4. Trans girls are not all physically the same. Some are “pre-op” meaning some surgical modification or not. Some are “post-op” which can mean top surgery or bottom surgery or everything has been done. Some are “non-op” and choose only to adjust their lives and bodies with HRT. My two friends are non-op, but are on HRT. That has some physical side effects. One of my friends has a REALLY tough time getting aroused and experiencing orgasm. I’ve helped her out, and it can take a half hour of intensive work for her to cum. f you’re going to be a decent sex partner, be attentive to this.

Wording is important, ‘a transgender’ sounds like a sex toy, please recognise that these are people you’re talking about. They may also be pre-op and may not want to use their biological genitals for sex.

So once you’ve established whether its a man or a woman you’re wanting to have a threesome with, set up boundaries and expectations. I agree with @awkward-yet-sweet’s suggestion of a sex worker.

I’m definitely attracted to transgender woman.
