Hi there, my girlfriend and I want to be able to use a remote control vibrator where every we are especially in public. We currently own the following:
We-Vibe Bloom, We-Vibe Anniversary Collection (which includes the We-Vibe Sync/ We-Vibe Chorus & We-Vibe Tango), and the Vibease.
They all do work but once she puts any clothes on (even just panties) we loose signal to the toys. We are thinking about getting the OhMiBod Esca and Lovense Lush but dont want to run into the same problem. Is anyone else running into this problem? Are there any toys with a more powerful connection? Any solution to this problem please?
We’ve had a number of remote toys and used them in public occasionally but we’ve stopped using them almost completely now for the reasons you describe.
Even the ones which worked through clothing lost connection when one of us went to the toilet or we moved away from each other for whatever reason and once the connection was lost they were awkward at best to re-pair or re-connect.
Of the ones we used the Lovense had the most stable connection but it was still a long way from perfect.
I sense this might be a common fault to many WiFi type toys which shows they only work best in the bedroom but maybe try looking for something that promotes long distance connection as that my prove more stronger.
There are lots that work far, far better! I have the Bloom and completely agree. It sees my vagina as some sort of Faraday Cage and the bluetooth connection to the phone app is useless. Real shame as the toy itself great.
I don’t have any other app controlled eggs so can’t comment on the OhMiBod or Lovense but the FSOG Relentless Egg is remote controlled and has a great range on the Egg (and is also 50% off at the moment).
Otherwise, there are some great knicker vibes available which work well.
The We-Vibe toys do this, all the long distance ones still rely on a bluetooth connection from a nearby phone. It is just thst another phone across the World then talks to the first phone. You still have the same problem if the bluetooth connection is lousy. For me the bluetooth to my Melt is fantastic from rooms away but the connection to the Bloom is lost within a couple of cm’s - it’s very frustrating.
