Yeah, mine had two different sizes. You can also buy replacements here which I highly recommend. Over time general wear and tear happens :slightly_smiling_face:

Jeez :joy: In all honesty (and who would believe me) I noticed a drop in suction and seal. I’ve had it for over 4 years and replacing the head solved it. A small price to pay for visiting out of space many times :partying_face:

My order was over £60. I didn’t realise I could choose a free gift. Oh well missed out on that one. I’ve ordered the spare heads too :grin: my bank account is crying but I won’t be :joy:

Was you logged into a Lovehoney account when you purchased? Because mine now gives the free option inside checkout when previously I had to visit the homepage and add it separately :slightly_smiling_face:

Yes I was logged in, but I just missed it. It’s my first order large enough to qualify so it wasn’t on my radar

Did you express checkout? Because I always scroll to the bottom and click process to checkout.

If you look on the homepage and scroll down, you’ll see the free gift image. That was previously the only way to add and choose one.

I think Lovehoney have listened to customers and adding it to the checkout basket, was a fantastic idea :blush:
