Womaniser Pro help needed!

Hi, first time posting for me 😊 I just purchased a Womaniser pro40 and failed in my first attempt to use it. The reviews are amazing and I was so excited and then disappointed ☹️ I did orgasm but it felt more like a vibrator than anything else. I probably didn't have it positioned correctly but I tried for ages! Any tips for getting the most out of this toy? TIA Xx

Hello and welcome 🙂

Mrs Chimp loves her suction toys, though it did take her a few goes to get the technique right (and the slurping noise it makes while you're practicing is quite something 🙂). The Womanizers need a good seal and quite precise placement, so moving it even a few millimetres can make all the difference in finding the perfect spot. A bit of lube helps with the seal too. 👍 Mrs Chimp ended up needing to get a proper look at exactly where she was placing hers so she sat in front of her mirror to get a better view, and that helped a lot. Once she knew what she was aiming for it got so much easier to do it blind. It's also much quieter when you've got it placed right too. 🙂👍

I hope this helps, but if it turns out it's not the toy you hoped it would be then don't forget about the Happiness Promise. 👍🙂

I always have an initial wobble with a new toy. I don't know if it's the high expectation setting me up for a fail or what but I've learned from experience to put it down for a few days then go back when I'm relaxed.

I almost always get a better result when I go back but like Mr Chimp says there's always the Happiness Promise. Give it a good go first, though. The placement, setting, maybe more lube and even the TOTM will affect how your body responds to it.

We have a suction toy and, as has been said, it can take some practice to get it right.

My wife finds the effects can be variable too. Sometimes it takes a long time for her to orgasm and other times it can be so quick and so intense that the finds it almost painful.

I suggest that you keep experimenting till you find the way it works best for you.

I have a similar issue/question. I hope I’m adding to the helpful tips and not hijacking your post. I just got the Pro40, and it took me a while to get it too. In fact, I’m still not sure if there’s something I could be doing differently/better to not have it take so long. It’s weird because I’ve had it work in about four minutes (woo hoo!), and have also tried for over an hour another time and it just didn’t happen. So frustrating! I’d say I have about an 85% success rate, and it’s always a really intense, full body experience, wow. But during this Covid time I have almost zero privacy, so wondering if others have tips for maximizing effectiveness? You know, for times when you need something quick and reliable. Maybe someday I’ll have the luxury again of being alone in my house for any amount of time lol. I know precise placement is important, any other suggestions?

My other concern is that it seems like I’ve had to ramp up the intensity the more I use it. This could be bc I’m in the bathroom or wherever and I have about five minutes - no pressure ha ha. Does anyone else have that experience or have you found you can keep it at about the same level of intensity as when you first got it?

Is there another model that people have more success with? I love the brand and I looove the idea of how it works.

Anyway, I hope my questions add to the discussion!

Cheerios,
Schmookie

Hello and welcome @Schmookie :slightly_smiling_face:

I think mood, privacy and stress play a huge part in how successful and enjoyable sex is, so it’s more likely a combination of those than your technique. The Premium does have more intensities (and some swish extra features), but if your Pro40 is working for you most of the time it may be an unnecessary upgrade.

If it’s a mood/cold start thing you could try a bit of extra mental stimulation beforehand? Some people enjoy reading erotic stories or audio books (or just watching porn :slightly_smiling_face:).

I don’t think so personally (for me or Mrs Chimp), but some people have said that they enjoy it. :+1::slightly_smiling_face:

I think it might depend on size and sensitivity?

@young_at_heart now you’ve given me an idea! Why didn’t i think of that?

Try These if you still can’t get the hang of it. They are wider to make sure it completely engulfes the clitoris but genuinely persevere with it and once you get the hang of it it will be your favourite toy

@Schmookie I know exactly what you mean. I
It’s always put up to level 2 immediately before start. Sometimes a level 4 gets me off. Sometimes it’s a level 6 then I feel like it needs charging because it doesn’t seem to be doing much. I’ll breathe (sigh) put it to a level 4 and gradually build back up. I always come but sometimes don’t have the massive stomach churning orgasm I’m after anymore. I wonder if my Henry is strong enough sometimes lol. (ps I don’t recommend to use a vacuum cleaner as a marital aid haha)

Hey @Schmookie. We had a very similar problem with our original womaniser, the W100 a few years ago. At first it was incredibly reliably delivering a massive orgasm success rate. In fact out review of it was probably a little harsh in that we said it was probably a little too utilitarian. It would get an orgasm out no matter what. However over time it’s potency seems to decline. We are talking about over a period of a couple of years perhaps. At first we thought we mustn’t have charged it, then once that had been checked we thought perhaps it was causing numbness or something, though that would be a surprise for a toy of which one of its main selling points is lack of numbness. Eventually we gave up and ordered the premium. The difference was like night and day. Immediately we were back to strong reliable orgasm but also with the ability to have a longer session with autopilot.
We therefore wonder whether the motor wears or something like it in the womaniser over time.
As others have said, pinpoint accuracy and a little lube also help!

I’m afraid rechargeable batteries do decline over time. You can keep them in good condition with regular checks and charges, but they’ll still lose a little power and capacity every cycle. :+1: Phones are very similar.
