Hi all. New to the forum and hoping one of you can help a couple out. We recently purchased the Womanizer Premium 2, due to the overwhelming positive reviews. Partner was impressed at how it works (having dabbled with it last night). We’ve experienced some trouble with the Smart Silence feature - which was a main selling point. When using the device it seems to run constantly. We’ve followed instructions, reset the device via charge etc. If the accompanying attachment is removed the device stops - so we presume it thinks there’s skin contact when there isn’t. It resumes when we plug the attachment in and then continues pulsating. I’ve also tried to enable/disable by pressing the plus and minus buttons. Did anyone else here have that issue, and know how to resolve? Many thanks.
@PKH Hope you don’t mind me tagging you. I noticed you had a few posts about this product. Did you ever have the same issue?
I have the Premium, not the Premium 2, not sure how much they differ after the upgrade, but I haven’t had that issue 
on the site, it says “the Smart Silence function means your toy only turns itself on when it comes into close contact with your body… when contact is broken, the Premium will turn itself off…” and that’s been my experience with it. By “accompanying attachment”, do you mean the silicone head that sits on the opening? I’ve only ever turned it on when the head was already attached as it’s meant to be used with the head attached. Because the sensor is built into that opening, it could mess with the sensor if you put the head on or take it off while in use… Have you tried resetting it and then putting the head on it before turning it on? Hope you guys figure it out, it’s such a nice toy
