I ordered something a few weeks ago but wasn’t here when it got delivered so it went back to the sorting office. With being so busy I’ve not had time to go pick it up and generally keep forgetting about it. Anyone know roughly how long they’d keep an item before it gets returned and if so what would I do to get it sorted out if it did get returned? 
If it’s Royal Mail they’ll keep it for 18 days before returning it to the sender. If it’s been longer than that then I have no idea what the process is but you’d be best off contacting Lovehoney Customer Care about it.

Aw no, hopefully they’ve still got it. I can’t remember if LH include tracking but you could check for that and see if its on its way back. I assume LH would’ve sent an email if they’d received it back and would’ve started the refund process.
