I’ve got those pumps. Not much advice I can give really. There are two different sizes, the smaller one is much too small for my nipples, the bigger one just fits over them! To create a seal you need to use either a tiny bit of lube, or I found a little saliva works too. Use them for a short amount of time to start with because I enjoyed them too much the first time and found I was a bit bruised afterwards!
