What level do you have to reach to start a new thread in the “Your Photos” area? TIA :smiling_face_with_sunglasses:

And, can you message admins even? Can’t seem to find where?

Trust level 2 seems to be the level you need to be.

Then I know you will at trust level 3 as that’s what I can currently do.

@xman69 are the photos that you want to share not ones that will fit in one of the existing Your Photos topics?

You have to be Trust Level 2 to post photos but it’s a category that Brenna doesn’t like to create unnecessary extra topics in as all posts to Your Photos categories have to be approved before they can be posted. I suspect creating new topics in that category is restricted for this reason. It’s why we have the separate discussion topics for all the photo categories too.

The topic doesn’t exist, if I searched correctly.

It was just going to be “Share your backyard oasis” just thought I’d be cool to see what others have done in their backyard areas, landscaping, pools etc. I get that having to have all pics approved is probably time consuming. Just a thought, no big deal if it’s a No. :person_shrugging:t3::blush:

I know this is would be an “Off Topic” thread, but pics would be a must for us to enjoy.

That would be a fun topic for the photos category. Could share under the “what you’re up to today” or “photos to share in topics” and create a general discuss thread where folks can link to their photos in the thread…

I think that’s probably a perfectly reasonable topic, I suggest a chat with @Lovehoney_Brenna when she’s at work tomorrow to see if she’ll pop one up for you.

You will need a discussion Off-Topic Chat thread to chat about people’s backyard oasis anyway, so, as @LRLRL says, you could link from Images to share in topics if there is any problem setting up the specific photo thread. I think you might get your thread though :crossed_fingers:. See what Brenna says tomorrow :+1:

@Peitho is correct - creating topics in the Your Photos category is limited, as there were lots of duplicate threads being created :slight_smile:
