For me personally, it’s all the lovely ladies with Spanish/Portuguese/South American or similar accents, hands down! Ever since I was a ratbag teen, it’s been something that instantly piques my interest, fascinates & arouses something within me. (& quite often in my pants too! 
) Salma Hayek’s accent for example, just melts me…
For my better half, i would have to say it’d be French. & The day she inadvertently discovered I can actually still speak a little, well, let’s just say I’ve had a healthy love/hate relationship with that language ever since… Any possible chance she gets, she’ll throw me straight under the bus & make me converse with French-speaking people to the best of my limited abilities. I get so embarassed at how poor my French is these days, & I think that only adds to her enjoyment as well…

Can’t say there are any accents that turn me on, there are a few regional British accents that make my skin crawl though.

Not sure any of these are actual turn ons but I do love a Yorkshire accent. Also like Aussie/New Zealand and Scandinavian.
And London /Essex accents, mainly because I originate from that part of the UK.

Singaporean. It is very heavy english with a bit of asian. OMG - to see a lovely asian woman speaking it - just love it.
Very posh English accents… particularly from women wearing riding gear.

Mrs funcpl, Mancunian and a nice scottish one, not harsh but a soft accent. A good scottish accent gets me weak and makes me naughty lol
