Having a quick glance over your stats it seems you need to read more. 
For TL3 you need to read 25% of posts created in the 100 days, but this is capped at 20k. Everyone else seems to have graduated at about that mark, so it seems pretty reliable.
You’re on 15.7k at the minute, and you’ve another 30/31 days to do it in. 
You can boost it if you really want by picking a Game topic (eg Word Association (part 14)) and just scrolling slowly down…
